Policies

Deposit:  A deposit of one nights stay or 50% of a multi-night is required.

Cancellation:   Notice must be received 21 days prior to the check in date in order to receive a refund. Cancellations are subject to a $20.00 fee. If cancellation is within 21 days of the date of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
